Today we would like to pay our small tribute to the famous chef Kiko Moya, a genius of Levantine haute cuisine.
From the restaurant L’Escaleta he has been delighting us with his art since 2000, after training in the best schools, surrounded by the best chefs in this country.
His great creations do not go unnoticed, which is why he recently received his second Michelin star, one of the most prestigious awards a chef can receive. A passion for cooking that comes from family tradition.
Kiko Moya and his restaurant in Cocentaina, in the heart of inland Alicante, have already received many awards.
