The official presentation of the Costa Blanca Inland Tourism Guide took place on Monday 3rd April in the Font Roja Natural Park, Alcoy.
A route that runs through the 9 regions, covering 434 km and divided into 20 stages that will allow us to discover every corner of the province of Alicante.
A new, updated, different and fun proposal; pure essence and charm of this, our land, the heart of Alicante.
The presentation of the guide was made by the Deputy for Tourism, Eduardo Dolón, Mr. Antonio Francés, Mayor of Alcoy and the deputy for the protection of the territory, Javier Sendra.
The event was attended by mayors, councillors and businessmen from the tourism sector in the province of Alicante.
It is worth mentioning the presence of the members of the board of directors of the Provincial Association of Inland Tourism of Alicante, among them Mr. Edgar Ameglio and Indira Amaya, owners of our charming Hotel Masia la Mota.
At the last edition of Fitur we were already able to enjoy a preview of what was then a proposed route linking the south coast with the north of the same, passing through the wonderful interior of our province of Alicante.
We firmly believe in this project and that is why we are 100% committed to it. For family tourism, equestrian tourism or for bicycle lovers, as some 173 km have been made available for cycling.
Ideal for the more daring, as this trail climbs up to the highest peaks in the province (up to 1000m above sea level) such as Aitana, L’Aixortà, Pla de la Casa, Puig Campana, Els Plans, Peña Migjorn, Menejador and Montcabrer, among many others. It also crosses areas of high ecological value (such as the Font Roja Natural Park) and Special Protection Areas for Birds (SPA).
The guide is open to new proposals and modifications (it is in Beta phase), so if you consider that there is a place worthy of being in this wonderful guide, you can send your request to the Tourism Association. Alicante in order to be transferred in turn to the Tourist Board Costa Blanca. This way we can make the guide more complete and update it together, and show the world all that our beloved inland Alicante has to offer.

As you can see when you download the guide (we leave the link below) we present a wide range of accommodation, restaurants, services, guided tours and other services. A different proposal to learn a little more about our heritage; a culture that has a lot to teach, as we are fortunate to have cave paintings declared World Heritage, castles from remote times and snowfields over 1000 years old…
I’m not going to miss it, are you?
Come on this fun adventure and come to our Masía la Mota to rest and recharge your batteries in our restaurant where you can taste the best suggestions of our chef.
