AOVE tasting at Masia La Mota on November 14th and 28th

Once again this year we are in the middle of harvesting our olives and there is no better way to celebrate it than by offering an EVOO tasting in our Masia La Mota Restaurant on the 14th and 28th of November at 12 noon.

The EVOO tasting at Masía La Mota will be led by the professional taster Pau Ferrando from Alassera de Millena. We can think of no one better than him, as he is not only an agronomist engineer but also the third generation of olive oil producers in the area.

We have placed all our trust in him because in addition to teaching us everything about a professional tasting, he explains and illustrates everything about olive growing in our area, its importance, its varieties and many other things that merit reserving one of these places.

After the tasting we will offer a meal prepared by Chef Joan Molina with local dishes and seasonal products.

Let us enhance the value of our cultural and gastronomic heritage through the production of extra virgin olive oil.

In this EVOO tasting we will learn about the differences and qualities of each oil.
