From the Masía la Mota restaurant in Alcoy, we offer a different alternative to the business lunch or dinner menu.
We offer three different menus:
Menu 1
As a “picaeta” in the centre:
Marinated sardines with courgette confit, pine nuts and basil oil
Salad of smoked and salted fish with honey-mustard vinaigrette
Prawn and pepper puff pastry with all-i-oli au gratin
Secreto with onion confit and foie gras.
Second centres:
Carved entrecôte or
Presa a las hierbas de marida or
Roast leg of lamb
Dessert:
Variety of desserts to choose from
The menu will be accompanied by homemade bread and a bottle of wine for every four people.

Starters in the centre:
Pericana alcoyana
Tuna salad with onion confit, pine nuts and rocket oil
Squid stuffed with aubergine with garlic, almond and parsley oil
Vol-au-vent of veal cheeks with mushrooms and olives
Individual seconds to choose from:
Duck confit with roast potatoes and homemade orange marmalade or
Cod with boletus sauce or
Black rice or
Dry or broth rice with duck, artichokes and foie gras
Individual dessert:
Forest delights with orange biscuit, black sesame and vanilla ice cream
The menu will be accompanied by homemade bread and a bottle of wine for every TWO people.

Almadraba tuna loin with white garlic and black olives
Sclatasang salad with escalibada and sherry vinaigrette, tomato and pine nuts
Iberian cured pork shoulder with parmesan tinder and balsam of modena reduction
Lamb sweetbreads with boletus on foie gras and truffle juice
Individual seconds to choose from:
Roasted wild boar sirloin steak with boletus sauce or
Hake in green sauce with clams or
Rice with lobster or
Baked rice
Individual dessert:
Crunchy and creamy chocolate with homemade orange preserve
