Once this visit was over, the students were able to go to the Font Roja Natural Park to learn about the equipment for public use in natural spaces.
Professor Victoriano Peiró explained the manuals of good environmental practices and their application to hotel and catering projects.
The day ended with a guided tour of the public ecotourism resources in the area surrounding the Font Roja Sanctuary.
