With the temperatures dropping, our palate craves seasonal dishes and that is exactly what our chef is working on to offer you a typical dish from our area every weekend.
Borreta is a typical dish from the Alicante mountains and a living example of the Mediterranean diet. It is made with very simple ingredients such as: garlic, spinach, onion, dried ñora pepper, cod, potatoes, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
At Masia La Mota we have prepared this dish with the love and patience that is necessary when preparing a traditional dish to bring to the table one of the most representative culinary traditions of Alcoy.
