We are pleased to announce this great news! This year 2017 we have become part of the Gastronomic Guide of Alicante.
A benchmark of Alicante’s gastronomic excellence. A guide in which lovers of good food will be able to delight in the variety of raw materials offered by our land, the maximum exponent of the healthy Mediterranean Diet, which has positioned itself among the culinary elite both nationally and internationally.
On 1st March, the sixth edition of the Gastronomic Guide of Alicante 2017 was presented, with more pages, new sections and many new features. The largest gastronomic offer in the Mediterranean. We also had the pleasure of being accompanied by the international culinary reference Joël Robuchon (the chef with the most Michelin stars in the world). To be able to “share the bill” with geniuses of the stature of these chefs is a great honour.
Now is the time to reflect and take stock of what we have built, what we have achieved with our constant effort and dedication. To think that our customers are satisfied with our treatment is our reward, the best of our work, the work of a hotel and restaurant in Alcoy, a farmhouse on the slopes of the Font Roja, a stone’s throw from the Serra Mariola.
We are among a collection of restaurants that stand out, whether for their traditional or signature cuisine, as well as for the quality of the service and facilities; where you can’t miss the best fish or our exquisite rice dishes cooked in all their different forms. Or why not mention the salted meats, cured meats, seasonal vegetables and fruit, or our olive oil, a great delight for the most demanding palates. Always paired with our renowned wines, mostly from our Costa Blanca and with excellent pastries.
