Oriental dance, also known as belly dance and Egyptian dance, is a cultural legacy that comes from a scenic evolution of several ancient traditional dances from the Middle East, together with others from North Africa and Greece.
We are all aware of the great influence and legacy that the Arab culture has left us in Spain, especially in this area of the Levant where, if we look up, we can contemplate fortresses and watchtowers, water fountains and gardens that testify to the diversity and richness of our culture.

On this occasion our friend and admired dancer Fedora Ballester who has fallen in love with Masia La Mota and our chef Evenor Sevilla propose an event where we mix dance and gastronomy, we want to bring you all a different night full of “Embrujo Oriental”.

Evenor Sevilla, chef of Masia La Mota has more than 10 years of experience and on this occasion he has prepared a menu with dishes such as hummus, baba ganoush, lamb, cheeks on vegetable cous cous among others to offer you dishes that are out of our usual menu.
Oriental dances
Fedora will present 3 dances, a Sahdi, a typical dance that was originally created for men and then adapted for women, the other two dances are oriental classics with sung music that express feelings with undulating movements of the dancer.
At this event, we want you to be fascinated by music and dance along with the delight of the palate.
