Roast suckling pig on 16 April at midday

Spanish cuisine is recognised as one of the best in the world. One of the most famous dishes is the Cochinillo al horno al estilo segoviano, Casa Cándido in Segovia receives thousands of tourists every year to enjoy this star dish of the most traditional gastronomy.

That is why at Masia La Mota, always looking for the essence and thinking about how to please our visitors, we have organised a meal for Saturday 27th February where the main dish is roast suckling pig. Our Chef Mikael Mas Calvo will demonstrate how to cut the suckling pig in the oven with a plate.

If you are planning to book with us for Saturday 16th April, please note that we cannot offer you the usual menu, but if you are not a fan of suckling pig, please contact us to offer you another type of main course.
