Route and tasting of new vintage olive oils at MASIA LA MOTA on 12 November
With the harvest already finished, it is a good time to taste the new aoves of this season, that is why we have organised a route with oil tasting at Masia La Mota on the 12th of November at 12 PM:
For this experience we will be using Masía La Mota, Castell de la Costurera, Milenario and Eco Travadell oils.
We will start the day with a guided tour of the farmhouse grounds where we will be able to see original elements of the olive oil mill that existed at Masía La Mota since the 19th century and we will be able to see different varieties of native olives and visit one of the oldest trees on the estate, although it is not a thousand year old tree, it is a very old specimen.
The charming Hotel Masía La Mota is located in the oldest part of the farmhouse where you can appreciate the old farmyard, arches, patios and original furniture of the farmhouse that have been restored and used as part of the decoration of the house.
Once the guided tour of Oleoturismo has finished, we will offer you an aperitif with Iberian cold meats and cheese together with a glass of wine, beer or soft drink.
