Recently, the programme “Hoteles con encanto” was filmed at Masia La Mota, which is broadcasted on Saturday mornings on the TV channel, La Sexta. A programme that aims to show the particularities that distinguish one hotel from another.
There are many ways to classify a charming hotel as types of clients and in this programme you will be able to discover the ones that most appeal to you.
To begin with, we were contacted by Sara, a journalist who works for the programme, with whom we filled out a form and talked about the attractions and services offered by the charming hotel Masia La Mota.
We met for the shooting last Tuesday 14th November at 3pm.
To be able to transmit the activity that can normally take place on a weekend, which is when there is more occupancy in a hotel like this one on a Tuesday, is not an easy task, so we had to recreate it and for that we contacted different companies. and above all unconditional friends to come and help us with it.
As always Edgar and I put a lot of enthusiasm into the planning of the shoot, this type of activity stimulates you to do things that perhaps we wouldn’t have done on any other Tuesday.
We invited Pagina 66, the digital newspaper of Alcoy, and its director Ramón Requena came and published a news item.
This is also how we were able to have with us Miguel Peidro, a painting artist who began to make a sketch simply from one of our outside corners, the painting is looking very nice.
Xavi Pérez de Scott Concept Sotore Alcoy invited a couple of sportsmen, to give the image that this is an ideal hotel for cycling routes and also show the bikes that can be rented from our hotel, for this we have nothing more and nothing less than the motorcycling pilot, Kyle Smith who together with his partner recreated this activity that has so much appeal in our environment, nice and handsome was an honour and a great pleasure to have them.

The filming also gave us the opportunity to get to know each other and to make new friendships. Because television is magic, and La Sexta has given us a lot to talk about with this opportunity.
Our friend Javier LLopis, director of the newspaper El Nostre Ciutat explained in detail in front of the cameras three of our most representative rooms.

My dear friend Marisol Aura and her daughters have been the hikers who will be in the programme, but we don’t know when it will be broadcasted, we will let you know.
My friends Manolo, Vicente, Lola, Ana, Carmina, María, Carmen and José occupied the tables of the Masia La Mota Restaurant where I gave a brief explanation of the celebrations that can be held for both families and companies.
Precisely coinciding with the harvesting season of the olive trees to produce extra virgin olive oil, Masia La Mota organises part of the harvesting for the same day.
In the small room of the inner courtyard we set up a table where a business meeting took place, this gives the idea that a charming hotel during the weekdays can be the ideal place for business meetings, they have the tranquility, exclusivity and all the necessary services to make them very productive.
One of the services that has a lot of appeal are the massages, so our masseuse didn’t hesitate for a moment to come and set it all up so that it could be filmed.
The team of Masia La Mota was very committed to the story, Tamara, Noelia, Nasanin and Amir were here helping and attending to everyone who could come without neglecting their work.

We finished the filming around 10 p.m., tired and exhausted, but with the great satisfaction of showing the charms of Masia La Mota and its surroundings all over Spain.

It was a source of great joy for all of us who took part in making it possible and it is always something extraordinary to be able to be on TV.
